This notice explains how Alvantis Performance ("we", "us") handles personal information you provide through this website, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the private enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you provide it)
- Details of the vehicle or collection, and any message you write
We do not use tracking cookies. Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics are collected via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide the services you have asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing genuine client enquiries. We will not add you to any marketing list without your explicit agreement.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email. We use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) purely as a processor to relay the message, and reputable email and hosting providers to receive and store it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting relationship, and no longer than reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email samcharlesfowler@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
